About Barndy Dog Training School
The school was set up in 1994 by Barbara Young and Wendy Sawyer who between them have many years experience of handling dogs. After several years, Barbara has retired and Wendy continues to run the school using the same principles on which the school was originally formed.
The aims of the school are to run a pet dog training school in the North West using kind methods where people can:
- Bring their dogs to get professional help in training and socialization
- Increase their enjoyment of pet ownership
- Enhance their dogs' quality of life
- Become aware of their responsibilities of dog ownership, so making dogs more acceptable in society
Wendy is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and is also an Agility Club Approved Instructor.
